  • 1. When does the Madrassah run ?
    Answer The Madrassah runs on Every Monday and Wednesday Answer: 5.30pm – 7.30pm
  • 2. What age can a student start at Al Itqan Institute?
    At Al Itqan we feel the earlier the better if they are able to follow the rules Officially 5yrs of age but there is exception if the child is able to study without having any issues and not disturbing others we may consider a trial.
  • 3. What location?
    We currently have 1 location. Our current location is in Markesgate but we are looking to expand into different areas. If you have any thoughts of new locations you feel will be benefit to the locality please let our team know and we will look into this.
  • 4. What classes do you provide at the centre?
    Children's Arabic and Islamic classes (5-15yrs) We are planning classes for teens and adults. Feel free to register your interest and we will inform you when we are ready to start. We are also interested in inr=traducing Tuition classes as well as any other needed classes . Please contact us if you have any classes you are interested in or are able to run any classes and we will consider
  • 5. What Subjects are taught in Al Itqan
    A) Quranic text reading B) Esential Surahs and Duas Memorisation with mea ings and source C) Islamic Studies ( Islamic Jurisprudence) learning the practicle spects and rulings of the religion D)Basic Arabic speaking and Writing (Caligraphy) E) We also have Q and Answer session as well as speech practice Where the child will summerise what they have learned and present in a speech form.
  • 6. What are the costs?
    £50 per child per month and the introductory pack ( All books stationary and bag that will be needed for the whole year one off payment of £40 per child) We also look at a persons financial status and may be able to cater for those who may be struggling as our goal is to provide the people with the relevant services. So please do speak to us. We are here to help. You may need to renew the Islamic class books every year as they are based on age.
  • 7. What payment methods do you have in place?
    : We prefer standing order setup to save time but we do have other means of payment such as card and cash etc.
  • 8. How many classes and staff do you have currently
    We currently have 6 classes 3 classes for Boys and 3 classes for girls. We currently have 4 Male staff and 6 Female Staff members
  • 9. How many students per class?
    We like to keep the numbers low so more time can be spent on each class member. So we do not exceed 10 students per class
  • 10. Are your teachers experienced and vetted.
    All our staff go through intense selection process and all are experienced and are fully DBS checked so your child is safe as well as continual observations of the actual lesson by Senior Team Leaders. We take this extremely seriously and encourage feedback from all parents and students.
  • 11. How often do stuide ts get homework and how much time must they send at home.
    the students are given homework after every lesson and must spend a minimum of 30 mins per day on completing the homework for which they have a week to complete. Parents must then sign and this must be shown to the teacher at the beginning of every lesson.
